SHIPPING POLICY

•⁠  ⁠Shipping Time: Orders are processed immediately. Expect your delivery within 24 to 48 business hours.
•⁠  ⁠Order Tracking: Once your gear is out for delivery, our courier will contact you via phone or WhatsApp.
PAYMENT METHOD
•⁠  ⁠Cash on Delivery (COD): No online payment needed. Pay in cash directly to the courier when you receive your package.
•⁠  ⁠Inspection: You have the right to check your package upon arrival before payment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
•⁠  ⁠Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.
•⁠  ⁠Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all RAVEAL tags attached.
